19th Annual Oyster Roast

On a warm, clear Spring night, nearly 1,000 people attended the 19th Annual Oyster Roast benefiting the Greensboro Foundation of Family Service of the Piedmont.

All around the capacious front lawn of Liz and David Johnson’s Irving Park home, attendees danced, dined on raw oysters and Southern supper buffet.

Family Service empowers individuals and families to restore hope, achieve stability and thrive through quality support services, advocacy and education by addressing domestic violence, mental health, child abuse and financial stability.
