Carolina Communities Come Together As One to Pray for the Carolinas and Our Nation , and to Show the World That There is More Power in Unity than Division

On Saturday, April 9th at 10 AM, there will be a prayer walk led by AsOne Fellowship, the non-profit organization whose primary goal is to develop a culturally diverse approach to God which causes like-minded believers to worship together in spite of racial, religious, cultural, socioeconomic, or any other kind of difference.

AsOne: The Prayer Walk will begin in Festival Park in downtown Fayetteville, NC, and along the route, there will be collective prayer at five different locations (Veterans Park and Airborne Museum; City Hall; the Cumberland County Detention Center; Market House, and the Fayetteville Public Library) with an emphasis on five areas of concern. The areas of concern that will be addressed through prayer include:

• Active and non-active military.
• Regional civic leadership, law enforcement and national leaders.
• Incarcerated citizens and their families.
• Racial diversity, and
• Educators, children and families.

The walk will conclude at Festival Park with prayer for all spiritual leaders, and immediately following the walk, there will be music, food and fellowship.
