GSO Day wins second straight TIMCO Invitational

The Bengals of Greensboro Day School (GDS) rode the hot hand of senior guard Reggie Dillard’s (11-of-15) 32 points; 21 coming in the second half allowing GDS to pull-away from pesky Page to earn a 66-52 win in the 2012 TIMCO Invitational Tournament. Dillard was named the Boys’ MVP and teammates
Christian Hairston, Reed Lucas and Jonathan Terry were also named to the TIMCO Invitational Boys’ All-Tournament team.

Since 2005, GDS has won six of the last eight titles and a record eleven overall.

Page Pirate freshman guard, Ty Graves, paced the Pirates by scoring 25 points. Graves was also selected to the All-Tournament team. Page’s Anthony Eaves was presented the Jim Pritchett Sportsmanship Award.
